You are getting married! You are planning a wedding day. And in the middle of this wedding day is your wedding ceremony. And you need an Officiant.

What to do? How to do it? It’s not like you do this every day.

I totally get it. This is big and huge in so many ways – not only because you are leaping from one life to another, but because your ceremony is a foundational piece of your wedding day – no matter how large or small the guest list or how plush or simple your reception/celebration.

Your wedding ceremony is uniquely yours. It is a personal and distinctive statement shared with people you love. It is an intimate ritual celebrating your love and commitment while marking the formal beginning of your new life together.

Working Together

In creating your wedding ceremony, I work to reflect your uniqueness as a couple, respecting your spirituality and values. I will craft and officiate your ceremony, whether it’s non-denominational, spiritual, religious, intercultural, interfaith or civil.

In getting to know both of you, I take the pieces of your life and relationship and construct a very loving and romantic wedding ceremony. These pieces may include your values, your definition of religion or spirituality, your personalities, your openness to creativity, the story of how you met, personalized wedding vows, sweet rituals and readings, your shared and individual interests, etc.

No Surprises or Craziness

I will provide a full draft of your wedding ceremony for review and approval and offer email and phone access before your wedding day.

With a background in event planning, not only do I orchestrate your rehearsal so you can relax and have fun, but I also serve as “Ceremony Planner” on your wedding day, taking care of all pre-ceremony details for an elegant start.

Fees: What Does This Cost?

My fee varies for each ceremony and ranges from $250-$850. Each ceremony is unique, and once I learn more about what you want/desire, I can offer a fee quote for services. My fees are structured to support time dedicated to writing and designing your ceremony, while also working within your budget. Factors include date, location, rehearsal, travel, and my time to write and officiate your ceremony.
